About the Webinar

The first webinar of the REBORN series will introduce the project and offer a comprehensive overview of the key strategies developed for designing a smart engineered cardiac patch aimed at supporting tissue regeneration following myocardial infarction. The session will set the scientific and technological scene in which REBORN operates, presenting the project’s overall objectives, the challenges it addresses, and its expected impact. Participants will also be introduced to the consortium and the multidisciplinary team behind REBORN, highlighting the complementary expertise of the partners involved.

The webinar will showcase the development and optimization of different multifunctional biomaterials and advanced manufacturing approaches that have led to the successful design of the first REBORN patch prototype.
